You’re not alone. Let’s walk through this together.

Facing an unplanned pregnancy can feel overwhelming. You might be feeling scared, confused, or unsure about what comes next. Maybe your mind is racing with questions or worries—about your future, your health, your relationships, or how others will react.

At our Pregnancy Resource Center, we want you to know one simple truth: you have options. And you deserve to know what they are—fully, clearly, and without pressure—before making any decisions.

We are here to offer a safe place to talk, ask questions, and get the information you need to make a confident, well-informed choice.

Below are the three pregnancy options you have. Let’s walk through each one.

1. Parenting

Some women immediately feel drawn to the idea of parenting. For others, the thought of raising a child—especially right now—can feel impossible. That’s okay. It’s normal to have mixed emotions.

There is no such thing as a perfect parent. But with the right support and resources, many women who never imagined themselves as moms go on to parent confidently and lovingly. Whether you’re still in school, focused on your career, or facing other challenges, parenting may still be a path forward—one that grows with you.

At our center, we offer free parenting classes, one-on-one mentorship, and material assistance. That includes baby clothes, diapers, formula, car seats, and more. We’re here not just to talk about parenting, but to walk beside you if you choose it.

If you’re even slightly considering parenting but feel unsure if you’re capable, we encourage you to come in and learn more about what support systems are available. You might be surprised by how many people and resources are ready to help you succeed.

2. Adoption

Adoption can be one of the most misunderstood choices, and yet for some women, it turns out to be the most loving decision they ever make.

We’ve worked with women who have chosen adoption, and their reasons are deeply personal. One young mother told us, “It wasn’t about not loving my baby. It was because I loved him enough to want a life for him that I couldn’t give.”

Adoption today looks very different from how it did decades ago. You now have the ability to choose the adoptive family, decide how much contact you want, and even stay involved in your child’s life if you choose an open adoption. Some women prefer semi-open or closed adoptions, and those are also valid, respected options.

It’s also important to know that there is no cost to place a child for adoption. In fact, in many cases, adoption agencies can assist with living expenses, medical care, and counseling during your pregnancy.

We can connect you with reputable, licensed agencies that share our commitment to care and compassion. You don’t have to figure it all out right now. But we’re here to answer your questions and help you explore what adoption could look like for you.

3. Abortion

If you’re considering abortion, you may feel like it’s the only way forward. We want you to know that it’s okay to have questions, hesitations, or conflicting feelings about it. You’re not alone.

Our role is not to judge you. It’s to provide you with accurate, up-to-date medical information about abortion, so you can make a decision that’s informed and safe.

There are two main types of abortion: medical (the abortion pill) and surgical. Which procedures are available to you depend on how far along you are in your pregnancy. That’s why confirming the viability and gestational age of your pregnancy with an ultrasound is a recommended first step. We offer free, limited obstetric ultrasounds to help with this.

An ultrasound can confirm whether your pregnancy is inside the uterus (not ectopic) and if there is a detectable heartbeat. In some cases, women considering abortion discover they are having a miscarriage or that the pregnancy isn’t viable—meaning they may not need to go through a medical procedure at all.

Understanding the potential risks, side effects, and emotional impact of abortion is also important. Some women feel relief after an abortion, while others experience sadness, regret, or grief—even years later. There is no one-size-fits-all experience.

If you’re not sure yet what you want to do, you don’t need to rush. You have time. And you deserve the full picture before making a choice.
